Shipping & Returns
We ship by UPS ground. They WILL NOT deliver to post office boxes, and will not forward. Please check for accuracy all addresses, including ever-changing zip codes. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses. UPS will add a $10.00 fee for wrong addresses. Shipping charges are per recipient.Due to the perishability of many of our products, we regret that we cannot ship to APO or international addresses at this time. We will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. You will receive your order, depending on your location, within 7 business days. Orders made after Thursday mornings will not be shipped until the following week. For large orders, please allow more time for us to process your order, guaranteeing the freshest product possible. You may also specify a delivery date that works best for you.
Please note that we cannot ship chocolates and other candies from April through October due to hot weather.
