If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will make it right. Every order receives our special attention. We make every effort to carefully package your items so that they arrive in the best possible condition.

Customer Service

Customer service is important to us. If you have special requests, substitutions in gift packs, multiple addresses, etc. please call or e-mail us and we can call you back. Another easy way to contact us, especially if you have multiple business clients to send gifts to, is by fax. If you need unique wedding favors, client thank-you gifts, employee rewards, or have a large shopping list, we can work with you to create truly one-of-a-kind nut and candy gifts that your recipients will surely appreciate.


We know your privacy and security are important to you. We work hard to keep your personal information confidential.


Itís unfortunate, but occasionally merchandise gets damaged in transit. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and save all packaging and product for UPS. Upon confirmation and acknowledgement by UPS, we may ask that you return the damaged item. We will be happy to replace it, or issue a refund or credit.

Out of Stock

If we run out of stock of any item, we will delete that item from your order and credit your account. We will also contact you to determine your wishes about backordering.
